Replacement & Returns
Regine Switzerland SA shall accept the return of Product(s) only if they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
Original Products may be returned within seven (7) days after receipt, as follow:
1) Place the original Product(s) into the envelope supplied. Seal the envelope using clear adhesive tape.
2) Complete this PDF form with your name and address with your comments, if any.
3) Print the form and fix it to the envelope. Please make sure that Regine Switzerland SA's address can be read properly.
4) Take the package to the post office or include it with your usual mail collection.
Please contact email@example.com before the Product(s) are returned. When returning Product(s), Customers are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. Regine Switzerland SA cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Customers shall be required to pay the return shipping fee.
Regine Switzerland SA shall issue replacement(s) only after returns have been received. Customer can choose to be refunded either by a Store Credit in full or be refunded on the credit card used for the purchase.
